Jacob's Creek Family Retreat

Teens at Jacob’s Creek have the opportunity of a lifetime: tons of friends, lots of free time along with some learning and growing, and activities set up especially for them.

 

That’s why dozens of New Church teenagers bug their parents to take them (or send them with friends) to Jacob's Creek!​

Our middle schoolers and high schoolers have an hour each morning of religious study and discussion with two of our on-staff ministers and teachers. Then there's a snack and break time, and an hour of recreation activities.

 

We will have our very popular afternoon and evening Teen Time slots, as usual. Young adult staff members host these, organizing games and activities for 8th grade and up. We'll announce Teen Coordinators as soon as decisions are finalized.  

 

There may well be an excursion outside of the Laurelville grounds, as there often is - but it hasn't been decided yet.​​​ Past trips have included Mammoth Slide, Living Treasures Animal Park, and Caddie Shak entertainment center.
