Jacob's Creek Family Retreat

Jacob's Creek is a multi-generational gathering of people, meeting in a beautiful setting for spiritual learning and growing. From different parts of North America, we come together for a few days to be close to the Lord. Just as He said, "Where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them."

 

People come to this retreat from New Church groups around Boston, Pittsburgh, Detroit, Washington, Philadelphia, Kempton, Toronto, Kitchener, and even Atlanta! Many have been attending for years - this is our 34th year! Others come for the first time, then ask themselves why they didn't make space in their lives for this retreat sooner.

Every year there is a theme for camp, tying together the lectures, classes, and activities. Our theme for 2026 will be, "Use: the Soul & Life of All Heavenly Joy." One of the teachings of the New Church is that faith and charity make one. Another way of saying that is that we must love and serve the Lord, and love and serve our neighbor. Being useful is what leads to true happiness. Come explore this idea with us!
